Warranty Registration Requirements.

You bear the responsibility of fully complying with all obligations and requirements specified in the warranty terms, including the proper installation of the product in accordance with the provided installation manual. Failure to do so may result in the Company having no obligations under this warranty and may lead to the refusal of any claim, in whole or in part.

Warranty Registration.

To register your purchase and activate your warranty, please adhere to the following guidelines: Timely Registration: Complete all registrations of purchases within 30 days of receiving your product through our dedicated WARRANTY REGISTRATION page.

Competition and Consumer Act.

Quality Domes Direct’s liability under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth) is limited to resupplying goods or services, replacing goods, or paying the cost of having goods or services supplied again.

Pricing, Quotes & Invoices.

All quotes and invoices are valid for 7 days from the date of issue. Payment terms and conditions are outlined in your invoice.

Special Orders:

Once a special order enters the manufacturing stage, no further changes or cancellations are allowed.
Amendment of Terms:

We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. Your acceptance of our invoice or quote signifies your agreement with these terms.

Limitation of Liability.

Please read this section carefully, as it outlines our limitation of liability for any loss or damage related to our products and services.

Disclaimer.

Our disclaimer clarifies our position on warranties, errors, and the use of our website and materials.

Privacy.

Whole Agreement.

These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and Quality Domes Direct.

Exclusion of Unenforceable Terms.

If any term is unenforceable in a particular jurisdiction, it will not affect the enforceability of other clauses in these terms.

Jurisdiction.

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Queensland and Australia.

Shipping, Payment, Returns and Refund Policy

Payment Process.

To secure stock allocation, a 10% deposit or a company purchase order is required within 7 days of invoice.

Failure to provide either may result in Quality Domes Direct allocating products to another Purchaser.

Upon receipt of payment or company purchase order, allocation will be made for the next available product.

Please note that funds must be received in our bank, and delays may occur with bank-to-bank transfers.

Quality Dome Direct shall not be held liable for any consequential loss or inconvenience incurred by the customer due to payment delays reaching our bank.

Payment Policy.

The Purchaser agrees to pay all amounts due within the agreed time frame.

The Purchaser agrees that if it fails to pay in accordance with this clause, Quality Domes Direct may:

Quality Domes Direct reserves the right to report a Purchaser’s delinquent account to a credit reporting agency should payment remain outstanding. In addition, Quality Domes Direct may refer the outstanding account for debt collection or issue legal proceedings to recover any outstanding invoices.

Should an account be referred for debt collection the Purchaser acknowledges and agrees to pay debt collection charges to be calculated at not less than 20% plus GST and will be incurred on the day Quality Domes Direct refers the matter to their nominated debt collection agency. The Purchaser shall also be liable for interest and all legal recovery costs associated with such action on a solicitor.

Purchaser Cancellations.

In the event of cancellation after a deposit has been received or receipt or a purchase order, Quality Domes Direct reserves the right to impose a cancellation fee equivalent to 5% of the total invoice value. Once an order has departed from our depot for delivery, forfeiture of the total deposit value shall apply upon cancellation, in addition to the cancellation fee.

In addition, any freight costs that may have been incurred by Quality Domes Direct will also be charged back to the purchaser.

Refunds and Returns Policy.

Requests for product refunds after delivery has been made to the purchaser or their nominated delivery location, are subject to approval or denial at the sole discretion of Quality Domes Direct. In the event of an approved refund:

Any agreed refunds pertaining to custom order cancellations prior to product delivery shall be processed only upon reallocation of products to another Purchaser by Quality Domes Direct. Refund processing may take up to ten (10) business days post-approval by Quality Domes Direct after all conditions above are met.


Domestic Shipping Policy.

Currently, we do not ship outside Australia.

Shipment processing time.

For retail sales, all items must be paid in full before despatching your order.

For company purchases, all items must be paid in full, or an official company purchase order received prior to despatch.

We always try and process all orders within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Also please allow additional days in transit for delivery for circumstances beyond our control. If there is a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping rates and delivery estimates.

Due to the large variance in weight and size of the items to be shipped, shipping costs will be quoted prior to sale.

Shipment confirmation and order tracking.

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s).
