This 60ftx60ft (18x18mx6m) Double Truss Industrial Grade Container Dome Shelter features a 900GSM UV, PVC cover and front and rear Half Wall. The frame sections are joined using an inline plate for additional strength. Base plates and truss support posts are welded to give additional strength to the structure. The size and structural strength is perfectly suited to large commercial or industrial projects.

Roof trusses are connected to the outside edge of the containers, therefore there is some loss of ground/floor area between the containers, although the benefit to this is that undercover storage areas on top of the containers become available. This is the perfect location to store palletised goods and equipment away from ground level.
The 60ftx60ftx shelter can be attached to General Purpose (GP) and High Cube (HC or HQ) containers, and even built on heavy-duty post sets, making it a versatile solution for large-scale projects.
Featuring an 18m wide dome and a floor to ceiling clearance of 8.6m on a GP container, and 8.9 of a High Cube set up, this large double truss structure is well-suited to bigger projects requiring vehicle and heavy machinery drive-through access, or mass shelving and racking systems. This shelter can be mounted on 3 x 20ft, 1 x 40ft and 1 x 20ft container setups. Multiple combinations of shipping containers can be used, as well as stacked containers for a truly expansive and large clearance undercover workspace.
This shelter is built tough, featuring double truss arches, with each truss segment securely bolted to one another using a robust centre plate connector. Connecting the trusses to the container is facilitated by the use of specially manufactured base plates which are welded to the outside edge of the containers. Roof truss connection sleeves securely connect the roof truss to the base plate. For additional strength, truss support posts are also welded into position and connected to the truss above. The entire roof structure is connected using a series of heavy-duty purlins, side and top bracing purlins, and tension wire with turnbuckles for additional strength.
