Nabis Marine is a marine contracting company that has operated on the Sunshine Coast for 25 years. They needed a covered area where they could undertake sandblasting and painting. They also had highly corrosive, expensive machinery that needed to be protected from the weather.
We were able to construct 2x 40x20ft container domes to house their equipment and a completely enclosed area. One using containers to brace, and the second on posts to make access easy. Heavy duty curtains were then added for the finishing touches.
Nabis Marine have been able to now meet there contracting time frame obligations much faster, having completely enclosed areas. By adding a front wall the domes can also be heated during cold or damp weather for painting purposes, making each job much more efficient.
